How to Delete Your Data

What this page is for

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data we store when you use our app (for example: profile information, photos, messages, or other content you gave us permission to access).

Automatic deletion via Facebook

If you request account/data deletion from Facebook (for example via Facebook account settings), Facebook may contact this URL (our Data Deletion Callback) on your behalf. We will process the deletion and provide a status URL that you or Facebook can use to confirm the deletion.

Request Data Deletion

What we will delete

• Profile data we collected from Facebook (name, profile picture, public profile fields if requested).
• Photos and media you uploaded via our app.
• Messages and logs tied only to your user account (unless required for legal reasons).

What we may retain

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, and records we are required to keep by law (short audit records indicating a deletion occurred, not the contents).

Timeframe

We will process deletion requests within 7 business days. If additional verification is required we will contact you and the process may take longer.

How to check deletion status

When we process a deletion request we will give you (or Facebook) a status URL that shows progress and final confirmation. If you requested deletion by email, we will reply to that email with the status URL and confirmation when complete.
